How We Diagnose Your BYD
BYD's onboard alerts are proprietary, like most EV makers, so we don't publish a fixed fault-code list for this brand yet. Instead, BYD diagnostics checks the conventional systems directly:

A tyre pressure sensor warning, checked against actual tyre condition.
Brake wear sensors
Brake caliper and brake rotor condition, measured directly.

No. Our scope stays to conventional systems: the 12V battery, brakes, suspension, tyres and air conditioning. BYD's own network handles the EV battery pack, drive unit and charging system.
Will servicing my BYD here affect my warranty?
An independent workshop handling routine work does not automatically void a manufacturer warranty. We document every visit for exactly that reason.
Does my BYD still need brake service if regenerative braking does most of the work?
Yes. Brake caliper and brake rotor can still corrode or seize from light use, especially with Dubai's humidity. We check them at every service.
